After having 3 babies in 4 years, I wanted to ensure that I am nourishing my body well enough to maintain my milk supply and support my body as I get back into running. I have been focusing more on hydrating my body throughout the day and eating foods that will nourish my body, support my milk supply and help me achieve my running goals. I left with a solid plan on what I needed to change, helpful articles to read for more information, and advice and suggestions for what to add in to my daily routine.

I didn't really have a great idea of what to expect when I started this health journey with Rachel, but I have been surprised at how much time and effort she puts into my specific needs, especially as it pertains to my specific health issues like EoE and various food allergies that are tied to it. Whenever I come in for my appointment, she always has new information and ideas for me and my needs prepared, and provides me with the resources to continue with research myself afterwards. I've also been surprised by how many specific goals I have been able to set and maintain when, in the past, I didn't even know the importance of setting goals for my health!
