  • Your insurance coverage varies depending on your member plan. Many plans include preventative care with nutrition benefits, meaning your appointments may be fully covered!

  • I verify your benefits prior to your first appointment using the health insurance information you provide me in the New Patient Intake form. If prior authorization is required, I will do this for you.

  • You may still have copays, coinsurance, and/or deductibles as out-of-pocket costs.
